Resealable Bags 70 micron

Buyer’s Guide to 70 Micron Resealable Bags

Explore 70 micron resealable bags at Insinc, including heavy duty zip-lock options in four sizes. The range covers 75x130mm, 130x155mm, 155x230mm and 230x305mm formats, with smaller packs and bulk cartons for different packaging volumes.

Choose the Size and Thickness You Need

The 70 micron rating, also written as “70mu”, describes the plastic film thickness. These bags have thicker film than the 40 and 50 micron options elsewhere in the range. Check the individual product specifications to establish suitability for your contents and handling requirements.

Measure the items you plan to pack, allowing for their depth as well as width and height. Leave room to insert the contents and close the zip without stretching the bag. Confirm usable internal dimensions if the fit is close.

For food packaging or particular storage conditions, review the product’s stated suitability before ordering. Film thickness alone does not establish carrying capacity or resistance to sharp contents.

Compare Packs and Carton Quantities

The 230x305mm size is listed in packs of 100 and cartons of 500 or 1,000. Other sizes also offer different quantities: 75x130mm bags come in cartons of 1,000 or 8,000, while 130x155mm options include cartons of 1,000 or 4,000.

Compare the cost per 100 bags using the same GST basis, then consider usage and storage space. Record the dimensions, thickness and product code for repeat orders.
