Punched handle paper bags provide a clean, convenient carry option for retail, takeaway, gifting and general business use. The die-cut or punched handle is built directly into the bag, helping create a streamlined design without separate paper handles.

Insinc’s range includes kraft, brown and black punched handle bags from BioPak, Ecopack and Detpak in several sizes, from compact accessory bags through to larger carry bags.

Which Size Should You Choose?

Smaller punched handle bags suit accessories, gifts and lightweight retail items. Medium and larger formats provide more room for clothing, takeaway orders and bulkier purchases.

Available dimensions include Ecopack options from approximately (155 + 60) x 225mm up to (360 + 125) x 510mm, along with Detpak bags such as 280 x 280 x 150mm and 350 x 320 x 180mm.

Always check the full width, gusset and height measurements before ordering, as size descriptions such as Small or Large can vary between brands.

Kraft, Brown or Black Paper Bags?

Kraft and plain brown bags provide a natural paper presentation, while black Detpak options offer a darker retail finish. Selected Detpak bags also include a board-reinforced handle design.

Choose the bag according to the weight, shape and size of the products being carried. Punched handles are part of the paper structure, so avoid overloading bags beyond their intended capacity.

Some Castaway products are no longer available in New Zealand, and selected Ecopack sizes are obsolete, so contact Insinc for current alternatives where required.
