Flat white paper bags provide a clean and simple packaging option for bakeries, confectionery shops, cafés, takeaway counters and retail businesses. Insinc’s range includes white confectionery and flat paper bags from UniPak, Fortune, Vegware and Detpak in a wide selection of sizes.

Options range from compact bags around 100 x 130mm through to larger flat formats such as 346 x 273mm. Pack and carton quantities vary from 500 to 1,000 bags depending on the size and product.

Which Confectionery Bag Size Should You Choose?

Smaller No.0, No.1 and No.2 bags suit confectionery, biscuits, small baked goods and other compact items. Medium and larger sizes provide more room for pastries, bakery products and lightweight retail goods.

Numbered bag sizes vary between manufacturers, so always check the actual dimensions before ordering rather than assuming that a No.3 or No.5 bag will be identical across different brands.

Standard White or Recycled Kraft Bags?

Most products in this category are traditional flat white paper bags. Vegware also offers recycled white kraft flat bags in 178 x 178mm, 216 x 216mm and 305 x 305mm formats.

Because these bags are flat rather than gusseted or block-bottomed, they are best suited to relatively flat and lightweight contents. For greasy, wet or heavy products, check the individual bag specifications and use suitable additional packaging where required.

Some Castaway products are no longer available in New Zealand, and selected Detpak items are obsolete, so alternative products may be required.
